I can do the 11th on the later side (have softball, but could probably be somewhere around 8pm). I will let the team know that I need to leave between 7 and 7:30 that night.

If we reschedule, when can people get together? I will be in Seattle from this coming Saturday until next Wednesday. What if we do something late next week or early the following?

HI Everyone, Ok. Here's what I 'm seeing. Tomorrow night for like 3 of us, or we reschedule, or we pretend we never read the book and start fresh? Am I right in that?

I'm ok with tomorrow night (the only night this week) but i haven't finished the book either......

I have to play tomorrow by ear too. I'm semi-wiped from the festivities this weekend, and I just heard that I have a bright and early conference call on Wednesday morning that I can't do from home (bugger). I'll post again tomorrow.

I'd be game to go with the Brighton crew if I am able to make it. Although, I will admit that I didn't finish the book. I just couldn't get in to it.

OK, so I suck. I know I said that I could do Tuesday night as recently as this weekend (and I might still be able to), but I am very much up in the air and will not know until tomorrow. Things have fallen apart between work and the wedding and, as much as I would like to, I just can't squeeze it all in.

I will post again tomorrow with my status. If I can't make it enjoy (the restaurant sounds great) and if I can Aaron, I would def. be up for carpooling from Brighton.

Guys, I think I'm going to have to pass on this one. I have to work until 7 tomorrow (didn't realize I was the only one here tomorrow) so I couldn't get there until almost 8:30. Besides which, I didn't get my act together this weekend to read the book. I will start fresh next month, I'm sorry.

I used city search looking for "art" themes, and this restaurant came up, "gallery cafe" which is in the Royal Sonesta Hotel, it has good reviews, patio, and parking, reasonable prices.
What do people think about meeting here, at say, 7pm? If anyone needs more time, just say so, we can push it back to 7:30 or 8pm.

I am free on the 27th.....I won't be free on that Monday or the reest of the week as my friend Erika is coming into town (friend from ABQ)....

The 27th is ideal for me, as I have not read the book (hey, I thought I was going to miss the meeting!) Now that I don't have to fill every waking, non-working moment with running I can read it this weekend. I am free the 22nd, I just won't be very prepared. While being unprepared doesn't really bother ME, it might inhibit the discussion. Let me know what's best for everyone else- the only day I'm NOT free is the 28th.

Back when the discussion occurred before I had some free time, but now things are very tight. Between now and the 4th of July I have 2 nights free (potentially). 1. Thurs. June 22 2. Tues. June 27. To be honest I would rather not plan anything for the 27th since I need to get packed and together for the wedding and that is the only night I have. But I would like to squeeze in bookclub, because after the 4th things do not get any better. I would not be free again until the week beginning Mon. July 10th.

Some other options, I do have softball on Wed. the 28th, I could probably be somewhere between 8-8:30pm, I could also forgo softball that night (which I may do anyways if things are too crazy).

I'm thinking that we should try to get together next week to go over the book? I'm thinking that I'm the one doing the list, but am not sure....any night except monday next week works for me......

I'm halfway done and now that its picking up, I could probably finish it over the weekend. Tuesday's out because of Kathy's sendoff dinner, and my parents are intown Thursday and Friday, so that leaves Monday or Wednesday for me. Or we can do the week after.
